At www.dtklv.com, we want every pet parent to be happy with their purchase. Since our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please note:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed dog food cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for return.
2. Timeframe
- Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
3. Process for Returns
- Contact our customer support team at support@dtklv.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, we will deliver your replacement to you
4. Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will deliver it at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used dog food bags.
- Products not purchased directly from www.dtklv.com.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
6. Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no extra cost.
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet delivered.
- Once an order is processed for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
